+**MarLin Model License Agreement**
+
+This MarLin Model License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Finch Research ("Licensor") and the individual or entity accessing the MarLin model ("Licensee").
+
+**Grant of License**
+
+1. **License Grant**: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use, modify, and create derivative works based on the MarLin model, for personal use.
+
+2. **Limitations**: This license does not grant Licensee the right to use the MarLin model for commercial purposes, including but not limited to distribution, resale, or use in products intended for sale. The MarLin model shall only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

+**Responsibility and Liability**

+3. **Original Model**: Licensor is responsible and liable for the original MarLin model ("Base Model") provided. In the event of any issues arising from the use of the Base Model, Licensor shall be held responsible.
