I have used 1.31 lightly with the Mistral template, and it is a significant power-up in English command comprehension and tag knowledge compared to around version 1.2.
The output is also straightforward and not excessive.
Since Japanese language ability is originally a strong model, together with Korean, it is a multi-lingual model in three languages.
