RP Input Example?

I am not big into RP and I am not familiar with the RP format
*action* Dialogue *thoughts* Dialogue *narration* in 1st person PoV
Do you have an example that could be shared?
Instruct format is Mistral or Metharme. This is just how you describe speech, thoughts, actions, descriptions etc. Eg in this case you do not use double quotes for direct speech and everything but direct speech you enclose in **. For example you write something like this as your reply:
*I slowly aim my crossbow on the dragon.* You should not have eaten my cow, you stupid winged lizard! *I hope this does not make it too mad to cook me on the spot.* Do you hear me or are you deaf? *the caves have been standing here for millennia, the water slowly drips from the ceiling and the sound mixes with the echo of my shouts.*
