Is this model missing the tokenizer.model file?

The previous model has that file: https://huggingface.co/Weyaxi/OpenHermes-2.5-neural-chat-7b-v3-1-7B/blob/main/tokenizer.model

IMHO the tokenizer.model is needed to successfully quantize the model.
