Uploaded a 1 page PDF to test the waters but it has been stuck on 'Processing' for more than 16mins now.

I hope all is well! I am just wonderigng if you are still working on this project? It seems like a great project but as with the other comments in this formum, I have yet to have success with any uploads? I am trying to upload PDF Books and it looks like the book is being processed but the processing never stops (after 24 hours) on a 150-200 page PDF. What are the limitations of this program?
